The Host/Hostess is the face of the business, and set the tone for hospitality, even while under extreme pressure. While building a culture of enlightened hospitality and high-performance, the Host/Hostess will develop and achieve individual goals that help the business. The Host/Hostess will suppport the ideals of the 5 tenants of Enlightened Hospitality, including development and understanding of HQ as well as the development of others. The Host/Hostess must be truly gifted in dispensing hospitality, and must be a well-organized tacticians.
GreenRiver is an exciting new collaboration between The Best Bar in the World Hospitality Consulting (BBITW) and Union Square Events (USE), the catering and venue hospitality business of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG). The concept will celebrate the history of Irish American culture in the Windy City and feature a forward-thinking menu by Executive Chef Aaron Lirette, formerly of Acadia and Celeste, along with an innovative beverage program by Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry, the creative forces behind New York’s award-winning bar, The Dead Rabbit.
