ETC. (James Beard Nominated), is Chef Lamar Moore's homage to his southern roots. Here at ETC, we highlight elevated southern cuisine with inspiration from Chef's experiences all around the world. Rooted in the Loop neighborhood of Chicago, ETC is looking for dedicated and driven team members that enjoy fostering a team environment and communicating our passion for artisanal food and drinks. Eclectic worldly wines, hand crafted, culinary driven cocktails, spirits, and beers are hand selected to be paired with our one of a kind menu.
