Title: Floor Manager - Lonesome Rose  Andersonville - 5310 N Clark St Chicago, IL 60640 

Reports to: General Manager, LSD Directors and Ownership  

Position Objective: Our FOH Managers help lead the organization & staff as true hospitalitarians. Their primary focus is the oversight of daily operations, hourly staff, sales and most importantly–guest experience. While this role might involve some light administrative duties, the ideal candidate must truly love service and engaging with guests and have a passion for high volume restaurants and bars. They will maintain the tone and vibe as related from Land and Sea Dept. and help build a team & culture that is positive and motivated

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

  • Coordinate with Lonesome Rose and LSD Operators and Owners
  • Create and cultivate a fun, warm, and contemporary culture
  • Ensure all staff is trained, motivated, and empowered
  • Evaluate and improve guest service
  • Perform and follow floor management protocols
  • Hiring, training, disciplinary, and termination of staff
  • Ordering front of house and restaurant supplies as needed
  • Ensure cleanliness and function of property
  • Organization of property
  • Perform and follow operational systems (including daily finances and POS)
  • Consistent awareness of and ability to implement specials and menu changes
  • Retain thorough food and beverage menu knowledge
  • Serve as a role model professionally and personally

*This role requires the following certifications:

  • Manager Servsafe Certificate
  • Allergen Training Certificate
  • Alcohol Server Training
