Aventino Cucina is Hiring a Lead Line Cook!
We are looking for a strong line cook to join our team. This person should have at least two years of experience cooking in a high-volume kitchen. Strong knife skills, time management, and organization are vital. Experience with pasta, and Italian food in general, is a major plus, but not essential.
Aventino is a Roman-Italian restaurant that has been featured in Washingtonian Magazine's 100 best restaurants, Bethesda Magazine, and the Eater 38. Our menu changes regularly based on the seasons, and includes a variety of classic pastas, vegetables, meats and fish. We make most everything in house, and rely heavily on local farms to do so.
