Risbo seeks a highly motivated, friendly, energetic, and positive professional to join the office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a casual yet welcoming guest experience through excellent hospitality and service in alignment with Risbo’s core values. The office assistant partners with the owner to lead all operations of the business.  

Full-time position: Monday - Friday (40h/week) 

Key requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant in NYC/Brooklyn
• Strong ability to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual and organized
• Detail-oriented to maintain an elevated level of quality
• Problem-solving and communication abilities (oral & written)
• Be productive without supervision
• Leadership skills 

In this position you will be responsible for balancing day-to-day administrative duties with excellence, using sound judgment to make decisions that are best for both, short and long-term health of the business. You will also ensure all accounting processes are maintained in collaboration with the bookkeeper. Develop our catering market, social media, website… Maintain menu updates in the restaurant and on the POS system. 

A lot more can be included in this position as we are a small independent business that can help you develop new skills! English fluent speaking is necessary, Spanish and French are a plus!
