Who We’re Looking To Add To Our Team:

  1. You're willing to learn each station in order to work throughout the kitchen and support/fill in for others as needed.
  2. You love to work as part of a team and support each other in professional growth.
  3. You have a natural curiosity and take initiative to learn more about cooking. 
  4. You are self-motivated--you see what needs to be done and do it even without being directly asked.
  5. You are a person who can work in a efficient, high-paced manner.
  6. You like to keep a clean and organized work area. 
  7. You can follow verbal instruction and written instruction (like checklists and recipes).

Requirements & Expectations

  1. You will be expected to demonstrate growth in product knowledge and technical aspects of the job.
  2. You will come to work with a good attitude and ready to work with the team.
  3. You have experience, or can learn quickly, on pantry/dessert plating, pasta, hot line and grill.


About Barberio Osteria

We are a locally-owned, modern fine dining Italian restaurant, that is focused on regional style cooking. 

We believe in high-quality & fresh ingredients. We butcher full animals in house and make our own pasta, 'nduja, shrubs & vinegars--using every bit of our product!

We also believe in strong teamwork and constant learning! We completely believe that Barberio wouldn’t be what it is today without our amazing team.

We are looking for a Line Cook who wants to work 5 days per week, Thursday-Monday.
