We are currently looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at a trendy Chelsea Bistro open since 2019, The Orchard Townhouse! This is a full time salaried position.
The Floor Manager is a hands on role that will drive and oversee service, assist in managing and training employees and actively build relationships with guests and our community. We are looking for an energetic and charismatic leader who possesses a high level of emotional intelligence and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. The Floor Manager will be required to work with ownership on scheduling, increasing guest averages, driving floor service, support in beverage ordering, maitre d' support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in training and supervising FOH staff, providing leadership and support
- Strong skills at managing the door
- Strong communication skills
- Creative problem solving on the fly
- Opening and Closing duties
