Job Details

a.kitchen is currently seeking an upbeat, highly energetic server to join our team! Inquiries should be excited to join a team of service professionals that are passionate about our craft and excited to develop with our company. Our current open position would be 3-4 shifts per week with availability required for both AM and PM shifts.

Our busy Rittenhouse restaurant is known for our extensive wine cellar (multiple recent James Beard nominations) and up-scale cuisine. We offer food and wine training for the right candidates and opportunity for advancement. Executive Chef Eli Collins has created a seasonal vegetable-driven menu. Under the direction of Ellen Yin of High Street Hospitality Group (Fork, High Street Philly, a.kitchen + bar d.c.), a.kitchen has been named One of America’s Best Wine Restaurants by Wine Enthusiast and awarded Three Bells by Philadelphia Inquirer critic Craig LaBan.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $2.83
