Small restaurant group with multiple concepts currently looking for a General Manager to join our team for our Cantina concept.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective restaurant operations.
- Filters communication to the staff as directed by the management.
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events; continues to keep restaurant operating to standard and sets a positive example for the staff.
- Develops positive relationships with the staff by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
- Engages in conversation with guests to understand their needs or requests.
- Cross trains and develops staff to provide opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Demonstrates knowledge that promotes the concept and experience of the establishment.
- Sets the standard for service expectations by scrutinizing every aspect of the guest's experience from start to finish.
- Corrects any food or beverage problems before they reach the guest.
- Demonstrates thorough recipe knowledge and awareness of food and beverage quality.
-Ability to act with a customer comes first attitude and delivers customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations customer needs.
- Achieves and maintains a clean and sanitary environment
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of Policies and Procedures, proper use of forms, payroll procedures, reports, and employee file maintenance.
- Willing to learn; able to lead.
- Able to work varying schedules: days, nights, and weekends.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
