Apero and La Boheme are two charming concepts under one roof, with two very busy bars, Apero is upscale french bistro with a large champagne list and seasonal craft cocktails.  La Boheme is a tasting menu only concept with a rotating theme based on a whimsical play on an artist, musician, writer, or producer, with fun cocktail pairings to match the themed courses.  We are in need of a strong seasoned veteran bartender that can help lead our team, and assist in prepping for weekly ingredients, and keeping pars and inventory stocked.  Light ordering and inventory, communicate with reps to get best pricing and deals, and assist with seasonal changes and ideas.  Wonderful close team of food and beverage lovers, Sommelier owned and operated with female owned, and female chef, awesome family.  Full benefits, and paid vacation/401k after one year.  Depending on preference of closing shifts, potential to make $110k a year.
