The third Brooklyn restaurant from Sal and managing partner Giovanna Cucolo, since 2022, and the first for Wilson promises to be an exciting new addition to the neighborhood. Piggybacking off the great successes of Café Spaghetti and Swoony’s, Sal jumped at the chance for a third property in the neighborhood. Living and working in the area, Sal has a unique perspective on what his friends and neighbors are looking for in dining concepts – and Chinese was what he kept hearing time and time again.
Scheduled to open in early December, Sal Tang’s will spotlight Sal and Wilson’s favorite Cantonese American dishes, offering a fresh and flavorful dining experience. In addition to Wilson’s signature dimsum hits, expect to see dishes like: Braised Beef Cheek and broccoli,Crispy Orange Beef, Double cooked Pork Belly, General Tso’s Half Chicken, Chop Suey, Golden fried rice and Chicken Chow Mein.
