The Tipsy Baker by Café d'Avignon is seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Employee to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for cooking and conducting prep work according to daily service demands. We’re looking for someone who pays great attention to detail, follows recipes precisely, maintains food quality and safety standards, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook/Prep Employee, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes, performing daily prep tasks like slicing, dicing, and assembling ingredients. You’ll maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety standards, ensuring that all prep items meet quality expectations before they are passed to the kitchen or service line. You will also monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in receiving and organizing deliveries. Additionally, you'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, troubleshooting minor issues, and collaborating with the BOH team to meet production needs.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
