Joe's Pub at The Public is one of New York City's most celebrated venues for emerging and established performance artists.
The Library at The Public Theater, the lounge located on the Public Theater's mezzanine level is home to Chef Andrew Carmellini's American menu, shared by Joe's Pub, features a mix of classics and signatures, shareable appetizers, bar snacks, dinner plates and desserts.
Ideal candidates possess:

*Full responsibility for food and beverage knowledge; Micros POS experience a plus.
*Great communication skills.
*Ability to manage a large and busy section in a popular restaurant.

The team actively runs food and beverage operations in five hotels, including The Greenwich Hotel, The William Vale, Sagamore Pendry Baltimore, Shinola Hotel, and The Fifth Avenue Hotel.
