We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. This is a full-time, salaried position for someone ready to take ownership of kitchen hygiene, staffing, food quality, and menu innovation—working closely with the rest of our management team to deliver a consistently excellent product.
Our bar and restaurant is a fun, new-ish spot with tons of energy and potential for growth. We’ve built a great community and are looking for someone excited to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enforce all kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Develop and test new recipes to evolve our menu
- Collaborate with management team on service standards, cost control, and kitchen efficiency
- Handle all produce ordering and inventory management for the kitchen
- Ensure kitchen operations meet or exceed customer expectations
- Maintain food cost targets and reduce waste
Requirements:
- Must have experience making pizza (dough, prep, oven work, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen management or leadership experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

‘Motel no tell’ is a single bar divided into a few different sections, and each section has a similar connection with the theme. The doors were swung in September 2023 with a bang and we have been received greatly as an addition to the neighborhood we so proudly call home. We aim to continually surprise you with groundbreaking cocktails, Neapolitan pizza accompanied by an exceptional experience.
Among them all is ‘Motel no tell’, inspired in classic Art Deco, think of it as ‘pulp fiction’ meets ‘lost Vegas’ situation.
With an aesthetic inspired by Palm Springs & Woodstock of the '60s and '7Os, this bar will pay homage to the Era some of us did not get to witness.
Come hang out, grab a tasty cocktail, sample our Neapolitan style pizza out of our imported Italian oven, sit on the original velvet fabric from the famous ‘Gramercy Park Hotel’ while you meet up with some friends and hang out!
Bring a group, claim a couch or two, or hang out near the bar and make new friends while watching a live band.
If you want to hang out in the equivalent of a “roadside motel” with a fully stocked bar, Neapolitan pizza and a disco ball start making plans now.
