Kitchen Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. This is a full-time, salaried position for someone ready to take ownership of kitchen hygiene, staffing, food quality, and menu innovation—working closely with the rest of our management team to deliver a consistently excellent product.

Our bar and restaurant is a fun, new-ish spot with tons of energy and potential for growth. We’ve built a great community and are looking for someone excited to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enforce all kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards
• Develop and test new recipes to evolve our menu
• Collaborate with management team on service standards, cost control, and kitchen efficiency
• Handle all produce ordering and inventory management for the kitchen
• Ensure kitchen operations meet or exceed customer expectations
• Maintain food cost targets and reduce waste
  
  

Requirements:

• Must have experience making pizza (dough, prep, oven work, etc.)
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2 years of kitchen management or leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
