We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Food Runner with 2 + YEARS OF EXPERIENCE years of experience to oversee table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service, and assist the Servers in the dining room. You must have the ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Denucci's Food Runner responsibilities include delivering food to tables, describing the dishes to guests, performing tableside service, monitoring guest satisfaction and assisting the kitchen in expediting the service process. Potential candidates must be competent with knowledge of fine dining food preparation, food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines and has the ability to describe all menu items, prices and methods of preparation.

Experience in a fine dining establishment and confidently displaying the feel-good hospitality that Ballyhoo is known for are both important for this position.
