Denucci's Highland Park, the newest restaurant by Ballyhoo Hospitality, is currently hiring for Servers. If you are a true hospitality professional who possesses elevated service standards, a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, and an eye for detail, we invite you to apply.

Expanding from our founding DeNucci's in Lincoln Park, we opened our second location in Highland Park in November of last year and are are excited to enter our first patio season!  Join our team at DeNucci's, where we pay homage to the Italian-American culinary tradition while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Job Requirements & Qualifications: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and build relationships with guests while encouraging regulars.
  • 2 to 3 years experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with guests and team members.
  • Serve guests as part of a team by anticipating their needs, initiating conversation, offering assistance and advice.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both front and back of the house.
  • Exceptional food, wine, cocktail offerings and service knowledge and the ability to learn new food and menu items.
  • Passion to learn and participate in daily food and beverage training.
  • Proficiency in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment, including Toast POS system and Rewards Program, Gift Card and Credit Card terminals.
  • Ability to maintain a clean working environment.
  • Must pass general information and food and beverage quizzes.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
  • ServSafe and BASSETT/TIPS Certified.
  • Night and weekend availability is required.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly plus tips

Join our team at DeNucci's, where we pay homage to the Italian-American culinary tradition while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Inspired by the 1920s Italian migration to America, our menu features classic dishes such as Eggplant Parmesan, Branzino Picatta, Veal Marsala. We also offer New York-influenced pizza using a beloved recipe by Salvatore “Sal” Lo Cascio. Our Speciale del Giorno showcases nightly specials reminiscent of nonna's cooking, including Lasagna Bolognese, Pappardelle Genovese, and Sunday's Chicken Scarpariello. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to our focused wine and spirits program as we continue to strive to delight our guests.
