Cafe Mado, is a neighborhood cafe from Redwood Hospitality, the team behind Oxalis, Place des Fetes and Laurel Bakery.
We are looking for a passionate, organized, and focused Chef Tournant to join our team.
We’re looking for someone with experience in this role, with an understanding of general knife skills, cooking over charcoal and classical cooking techniques. The person we are looking for will have to be able to shift between different stations fluidly, as well as shifting from lunch services one week to possible dinner services the following .
A successful candidate will have experience in an organized, fast-paced, and high-performing kitchen, and will excel in the ability to follow instructions and communicate efficiently. If you have a desire to work in a prideful environment, and have curiosity and desire to learn and grow with us, we would love to meet you.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $23.00)

Cafe Mado will welcome the day with freshly brewed coffee with a selection of fine pastries from our newly opened Laurel Bakery, along with breakfast sandwiches prepared for those on the go. As the day unfolds, our backyard atrium opens for a serene spot for a seated lunch, offering a casual, seasonal menu.
