Roanoke Hospitality is looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at our new restaurant, 101 Club! Candidates must have at least 2 years of prior supervisory experience and experience in a breakfast buffet setting.

101 Club is located in the heart of Chicago’s central business district in the Magnificent Mile. The menu reflects a melting pot of multicultural cuisines and rich Mediterranean, Spanish, Portuguese, and Moroccan histories. The vibrant bar showcases open-skylight views of the neighboring Willis Tower and the most iconic rooftop terrace patio and ground-floor luxury 3-season patio

• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day.
• Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant
• Lift and carry heavy trays weighing up to 30 lbs. from the kitchen and bar to the dining room and vice versa
• Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, and carry.
• Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.

• Work in space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures

• Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from customer and employee traffic while in the field.
