Line Cook

Hop Alley is currently looking for a driven, creative line cook to add to our team. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude to get better everyday is more important than experience. We're a small staff, must work well in a collaborative team. Our kitchen is based on woks, wood fired grills, seasonality and regional Chinese flavors with a modern approad.

We're a 2020 James Beard nominated restaurant and a 2023 Michelin Bib Gourmand selection.
