What You’ll Do:

• Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using our booking platform
• Curate the guest experience from the moment they enter to the moment they leave
• Coordinate closely with the maître d’, servers, and bar team to ensure seamless flow
• Keep a pulse on the lounge’s energy, adjusting for music, mood, and crowd
• Remember names, faces, and favorite tables — making regulars feel at home

You Bring:

• 1+ year of front-of-house experience (host or guest-facing role preferred)
• Natural poise, a polished presence, and outstanding communication skills
• Love for live music and a keen eye for detail and ambiance
• Reliability, grace under pressure, and a collaborative mindset
