Now, we’re looking for the right person to be the first face and final impression for every guest who walks through our doors.

Are you?
an enthusiastic, extroverted hospitality professional who thrives on human connection. You have a natural warmth and an impeccable sense of presence. You lead by example, and you understand the rhythm of the floor and how to orchestrate it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with charisma and genuine hospitality
• Manage and coordinate reservations and seating flow to optimize guest experience
• Act as the liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house
• Supervise and support host team, assisting with floor management when necessary
• Resolve guest concerns with poise and professionalism
• Maintain the vibe, energy, and high service standards of The Wallace Lounge

We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a Maître D’, host leadership, or similar front-of-house role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A naturally outgoing personality and polished demeanor
• Organizational and supervisory abilities (experience with floor planning a plus)
• A love for creating memorable experiences and building rapport with regulars and first-timers alike
