Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Servers and Server Assistants with a strong work ethic, and an endless curiosity to learn and grow with our restaurant. For this position we offer $16.50/hr for training and $18/hr plus tips once training is completed.
This position reports to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Beverage Manager.
Desired Qualifications:
Qualified Server Assistants must work well with others, have a sense of urgency, and enjoy creating a collaborative working environment that allows our whole team to grow and learn together.
- 1+ year of experience as a server in a fast-paced, well-rated restaurant
- Ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional service to guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full availability, including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs if necessary
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment
- Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00) plus tips
