Assistant General Manager - What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
- Create a positive, guest-focused environment
- Coach, develop, and retain top talent
- Collaborate with the GM to drive sales and manage costs
- Ensure food safety and compliance standards are met
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of FOH management experience in a full-service setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience opening new restaurants (preferred)
- Passion for hospitality and Asian cuisine
Assistant General Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000–$75,000 base + quarterly performance bonus
