Service Manager Job Requirements:
- Provide exceptional guest experiences to every visitor through a well-trained and supported team
- Cultivate a culture that values people as the top asset
- Supervise hourly team members daily, offering timely feedback and support
- Drive sales growth through operational excellence and exemplary team training
- Ensure quality operations by adhering to company standards and holding team members accountable
- Oversee the consistent execution of all FOH and BOH systems and ensure profitability through effective training, coaching, and follow-up
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience required
- At least 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience required
- A minimum of 1 year of FOH management experience required
- Experience managing a team of at least 15 staff members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both internal and external customers

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
