Job Details

Renwick Hospitality Group is opening The Alderman at the brand new Motto By Hilton | Times Square and is now looking for baristas to join the opening team. Are you a self-starter who thrives on multi-tasking? Do you have a love for coffee? Are you looking to break into the hospitality industry? Experience is helpful but we will train someone who has a strong work ethic and the right attitude. At The Alderman, you will spend your day interacting with guests, making quality coffee drinks, and offering different snacks and items to passersby.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Stocking of fridges, shelves, and more.
Organizing storage areas.
Receiving deliveries.
Making coffee to the high standards held by Renwick Hospitality Group.
Greeting guests in and out of the food & beverage areas.
Money management.

Must be available for morning and evening shifts.
Passionate and kind with a love for hospitality.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $350
