The Alderman, a brand new restaurant from Renwick Hospitality Group is looking to hire bartenders. The Alderman is an ode to classic American dining, focusing on modern takes on New York food, cocktails, and service. Our cocktail program is routed in the classics, and built on precision. Seasonal attributes will be associated with all cocktails while we look for inspiration from all the traditional categories of cocktail-making early to mid-1900s NYC bar and cocktail guides. Your personality will be the key to our success and connecting with our guests will be the most important goal for our team. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Prepping & batching for all facets of the bar program.
• Traditional bar service to the standard of all RHG set service goals.
• Wine & beer service including knowledge of our wine, beer, & spirits list.
• Understanding of our classic cocktail recipes to ensure consistency between all bar staff.
• Following opening & closing procedures to ensure the bar is kept in pristine condition.
• A complete understanding of the RHG ethos.
• Knowledge of coffee program to produce drinks during dinner service.
