Job Title: Server Assistant / Food Runner
Reports to: Shift Supervisor, Service Manager, and Chef
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant / Food Runner to join our service team. This position supports both the Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams by ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional food and beverage service.
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Morning/Afternoon Shifts | Weekend Availability Preferred
Role Overview
The Server Assistant plays an essential role in delivering a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities include assisting servers and chefs, maintaining table presentation, and ensuring timely and accurate food delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive service and genuine hospitality to all guests.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.

Support the service team with table maintenance, refilling beverages, and clearing plates.

Polish and restock glassware, silverware, and service tools as needed.

Communicate clearly between the kitchen and service staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens.

Uphold company values and service standards through professionalism and teamwork.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
