Maritime Boat Club is seeking experienced and hospitality-focused Servers to join our opening team. Located in San Francisco and led by Chef Felix Santos (Quince, Sorrel, Atelier Crenn), the restaurant showcases a seasonal, seafood-forward menu centered around thoughtful sourcing and ingredient-driven cooking. The dining room offers a refined yet relaxed environment, with a focus on exceptional service and genuine connection. We are a small independent business operating within the hotel.

We're building a team culture rooted in respect, accountability, and pride in craft. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high-standard environment while being supported by leadership that values work-life balance, education, and long-term growth.
