Sweet Anaëlle is on the hunt for a culinary rockstar to lead our kitchen!

We're a vibrant, fast-growing restaurant with soul, flavor, and a whole lot of love in every dish. If you're a passionate, creative, and driven chef who knows how to run a tight ship *and* plate perfection, we want you on our team.

What We're Looking For:

• A seasoned chef with at least 3 years of kitchen leadership experience
• A deep love for modern comfort food with flair (Caribbean/French fusion a plus!)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
• Clean, efficient, and cool under pressure
• Someone who brings flavor and fire to the kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Curate and update the menu in collaboration with ownership
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost
• Train and inspire the kitchen team

Schedule: Full-time, evenings and weekends
