Job Details
BIÂN is a private members club with a foundation in wellness. The Restaurant at Bian is looking for hospitality professionals who want to be part of an enlightened team of forward thinkers. 

POSITION SUMMARY: BIÂN is looking for experienced, courteous and motivated individuals to join our team as one of our line cooks. Our line cook will be hardworking, dependable, motivated, and passionate about food. This candidate will possess a great eye for detail and will be responsible for the planning and execution of all

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Including, but not limited to the following:
  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes as directed by chefs.
  • Project a positive and professional attitude with both coworkers and members.
  • Minimize waste to ensure cost control.
  • Prepare all dishes in a timely manner by maintaining a properly stocked and clean workspace and meeting all prep time demands.
  • Maintain a clean workspace, including equipment, tables and shelves.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by chef. 

Minimum Qualifications 
  • Understanding of cooking methods, procedures and knife skills.
  • Ability to execute with accuracy, speed and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and follow cooking directions.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Must have proven cooking experience, including experience as a cook, chef or prep cook.
