A busy Italian restaurant in Los Angeles is looking for an experienced sous chef who is able to work in a high volume, fast paced kitchen.
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years experience as a sous chef
-Italian food experience mandatory
-Must have a flexible schedule
-Ability to work a line position when necessary
-Have a high level of quality and consistency in food
-Works alongside with Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring, ordering, scheduling, and stocking.
-Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling principles.
-Great communications skills
-Must have good team work and strong work ethics
-Professional attitude and pleasant demeanor
-Good pay based on experience
-Must have ServeSafe/Food Handlers Card
