About Us

My Kitchen is a fine dining restaurant in Queens, NY, known for its seasonal menus, elegant ambiance, and exceptional hospitality. We also host a wide range of private events, from weddings to baby showers, birthdays, and more. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program and craft desserts that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute seasonal dessert menus that complement the restaurant’s culinary style
  • Create custom cakes for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and special occasions
  • Oversee pastry and baking production, including plated desserts, breads, and confections
  • Lead and train the pastry team to ensure high standards in quality and presentation
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and events team for smooth service and event planning
