Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI is looking for hard-working, passionate LINE COOKS who are eager to learn join them at WESTLIGHT.

WESTLIGHT, a year round Rooftop Cocktail Bar located on the 22nd Floor of The William Vale hotel in the heart of Williamsburg, features sweeping views of the five boroughs and beyond, serving
 rare spirits, craft cocktails and an elevated bar dining menu inspired by New York City's street food.

Ideal Candidates:
*Have excellent knife skills
*Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
*Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes
*Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
*Support their fellow cooks
