The wine program is curated by Master Sommelier Madeline Jimerson and features a unique, comprehensive 500+ bottle wine list featuring the best producers from Italy, France, the U.S. and around the globe.
Ideal candidates possess:
*Warm and gracious service approach, and the ability to create stellar guest experiences
*High level functioning and poised demeanor in busy environments
*Ability to drive wine sales while on the floor
*Strong wine knowledge, with an emphasis on Italy and France
*Comfort in service and fluency with older wines,vintage variation, and benchmark producers
*Experience in cellar organization
*Ability to assume full responsibility for menu knowledge and deliver excellent service
*Previous experience with Toast POS and Craftable/Bevager
*The ability to lift 25+ pounds
*Open availability and career driven
