Casa Tua is seeking a Sommelier for our latest location, Casa Tua New York at The Surrey Hotel.


Experience Casa Tua, where every meal celebrates the simple pleasures of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Honoring a craft we’ve cultivated over two decades we spare no detail and put our heart first in everything we do. Whether you’re savoring a signature pasta or relishing in a decadent dessert, you’re not just dining out, you're welcomed home. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, seven days a week.


The wine program is curated by Master Sommelier Madeline Jimerson and features a unique, comprehensive 500+ bottle wine list featuring the best producers from Italy, France, the U.S. and around the globe. 


Ideal candidates possess:

*Warm and gracious service approach, and the ability to create stellar guest experiences

*High level functioning and poised demeanor in busy environments

*Ability to drive wine sales while on the floor

*Strong wine knowledge, with an emphasis on Italy and France

*Comfort in service and fluency with older wines,vintage variation, and benchmark producers

*Experience in cellar organization

*Ability to assume full responsibility for menu knowledge and deliver excellent service

*Previous experience with Toast POS and Craftable/Bevager

*The ability to lift 25+ pounds

*Open availability and career driven


Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.50) plus tips
