Job Title: Bartender

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in bartending, extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This role requires creativity, precision, and a commitment to delivering a world-class beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails with accuracy and flair; mixology skills are a plus.
• Provide exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts.
• Stay informed about the restaurant menu and assist guests with beverage pairings.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Embrace feedback and continuously strive to improve skills and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Possess or be willing to obtain ServSafe and BASSET certifications before the employment start date.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar techniques; mixology skills are an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverages, with a desire to learn and grow.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
