Are you a dynamic, skilled chef with a love for locally sourced ingredients and creating mouth-watering dishes? Huddy’s is looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager/Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen where creativity, autonomy, and collaboration come together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work the line daily: Be hands-on in preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.

  • Weekly menu specials: Create and execute new, exciting weekly specials that highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients.

  • Menu innovation: Collaborate with the team to implement seasonal menu changes based on fresh, local produce.

  • Cost management: Monitor and maintain food and labor costs, ensuring we stay on budget while delivering exceptional food and service.

  • Small kitchen, big impact: Work in a cozy, high-energy kitchen where your skills will shine and your voice matters.

  • Autonomy: As Kitchen Manager, you’ll have the freedom to take charge of the kitchen, making decisions that affect the menu, food quality, and kitchen operations.

  • Weekly Farmer's Market Runs: Curate fresh, seasonal ingredients by visiting local farmer’s markets to support sustainable sourcing for our dishes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A hands-on chef with experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments.

  • A creative and forward-thinking mindset, excited to take the lead on menu development and weekly specials.

  • Strong leadership skills, able to manage kitchen operations and work autonomously while maintaining a high standard of food.

  • Experience in managing food and labor costs effectively to maintain profitability.

  • Passion for sourcing fresh, local ingredients, and a love for working closely with vendors at the farmer's market.

  • Ability to thrive in a small but efficient kitchen space where every move counts.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $70,000.00)
