The Role:

We’re seeking a General Manager who thrives in a high-touch, design-forward environment and knows how to build strong teams and even stronger guest relationships. You’ll be the face of the floor, the driver of service standards, and a key partner in shaping OSA’s ongoing success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily FOH operations with grace, confidence, and attention to detail

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to reflect OSA’s values and style of hospitality

• Oversee scheduling, labor compliance, inventory, and financial performance

• Collaborate with the kitchen and beverage leads to maintain service flow and excellence

• Manage guest relations, special requests, private events, and recovery with poise

• Uphold visual, cleanliness, and brand standards across the restaurant

• Bring energy and consistency to every shift — building a service culture rooted in warmth and professionalism

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a GM or AGM in full-service or chef-led concepts

• A strong floor presence with a team-first leadership style

• Operational knowledge in labor management, P&L, inventory, and POS systems

• A passion for food, wine, cocktails, and modern California hospitality

• Poise under pressure and a solutions-oriented approach

• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

• ServSafe & Harassment Prevention certifications (or willingness to obtain)
