Job Details
We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for an award winning restaurant in the south side of Chicago! Please review the qualifications and apply if interetested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing in full service restaurant
- Some fine dining experience is preferred
- Experience of at least 400 covers per night (preferred)
- Experience with corporate systems and SOPs
- Proven leadership ability
- Hospitality Management degree is a plus, not required
- Proficient in scheduling and payroll
- Experience managing labor cost for the FOH
- Experience with scheduling staff and scheduling software such
- Knowledge and experience with various POS systems (Aloha, Micros, etc.)
- Systems knowledge and experience i.e. ordering, inventory, etc
- Illinois sanitation certification
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate responsibilities
- Attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word
- Ability to adapt to and abide by culture of company
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
