We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead an award-winning fine dining restaurant in the heart of Chicago! 

• Lead day-to-day operations with a strong floor presence, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

• Build and maintain a high-performing, service-driven front-of-house team.

• Coach and mentor management and hourly team members with a focus on hospitality and professional growth.

• Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution and consistency.

• Monitor financials, labor, and operating costs to ensure profitability.

• Drive service standards and uphold brand values with every shift.

• Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

• 5+ years of fine dining management experience, with at least 2 years as General Manager.

• Proven track record of leadership in high-volume, high-touch hospitality environments.

• Deep knowledge of service standards, wine, and elevated guest engagement.

• Strong understanding of financials, P&L management, and labor forecasting.

• Inspirational leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
