Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair.

• Offer personalized drink recommendations to guests based on their preferences.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.

• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience by offering attentive service.

• Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.

• Manage bar inventory and keep track of stock levels.

• Assist in the preparation of bar-related menus and seasonal drink specials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting.

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• A positive, professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• TIPS certification or equivalent alcohol service certification is a plus.
