Captain Gregory's is an award winning cocktail bar in Alexandria, Va focusing on unique seasonally rotating menus, fresh ingredients, and a warm inviting atmosphere. We're looking for an experienced bartender to join our team and grow with us all while having a little fun doing it.

Job Requirements:
Demonstrates a sincere passion for service and hospitality!
Naturally and efficiently seeks ways to go above and beyond for each guest.
Recipe adherence relating to ingredients, technique, and presentation
1 year of bartending experience
Demonstrate ability to manage time and multi-task.
Able to complete daily prep lists (mixers, juices, garnishes, etc) or batches in a timely matter.
Set up the bar and/or lounge areas in a manner that is clean, organized, and efficient
Knowledge of classic style cocktail builds
Willingness to maintain and continue to develop a knowledge of spirits in our library
Adheres to the standards of fine dining within the lounge
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar tools, glass, etc., throughout the day.
Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Ability to lift 25 pounds
