As a Line Cook at AMAVI, you’ll work in a fast-paced, professional environment alongside chefs who care deeply about food and teamwork. Whether you’re working grill, sauté, or garde manger, consistency and care are key.
Responsibilities:

Execute dishes with precision, speed, and attention to detail

Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service

Follow recipes and plating standards

Assist with prep as needed and support smooth service flow

Ideal Candidate:

3+ years of experience on a fast-paced line

Solid knife skills and cooking techniques

Cool under pressure, dependable, and organized
