Casa Nonna brings traditional Italian cuisine to DECO Food Hall, offering an authentic, full-service dining experience. We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Host to welcome guests and ensure they have a smooth, enjoyable dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Job Summary:
As a Host, you’ll manage guest seating, take reservations, and ensure the dining room flows smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a warm, welcoming experience at Casa Nonna.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

• Maintain the waitlist and communicate wait times clearly

• Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and assist with guest inquiries

• Assist with keeping the front-of-house area clean and organized

• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a host or in a customer-facing role preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume environment

• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
