Job Summary:
As a Host at Bardea Steak, you'll be the welcoming face of the restaurant—greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and orchestrating the flow of the dining room with confidence and grace. Your ability to balance organization, communication, and genuine hospitality is essential to creating a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression

Manage the reservation book and walk-in flow using the restaurant’s booking system

Maintain accurate wait times and communicate clearly with guests and the FOH team

Coordinate seating efficiently to ensure a smooth and balanced service for all sections

Answer phones, provide general information about the restaurant, and assist with guest inquiries

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area

Work collaboratively with the management and service team to deliver top-tier hospitality

Assist with coat check or other guest service tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Previous host or front desk experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment

Warm, professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality

Reliable, punctual, and team-focused

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
