Job Summary:
As a Busser at Bardea Steak, you play a vital role in the flow of the dining room. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism help create a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. Whether resetting tables, assisting servers, or keeping the space clean and organized, your contributions are essential to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area throughout service

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests

Assist servers with water, bread service, and delivering food when needed
-
Ensure that all stations and service areas are stocked, clean, and organized
-
Support the overall flow of the dining room, communicating with FOH staff and managers
-
Uphold high sanitation and safety standards at all times

Respond to guest requests and needs in a timely and courteous manner

Be proactive and attentive to ensure no detail is overlooked
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as a busser or in a support role in a restaurant is a plus, but not required
-
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and dependable

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
