Job Summary:
As a Server at Bardea Steak, you are the face of the guest experience—welcoming, guiding, and creating an atmosphere where every guest feels taken care of. You’ll bring strong menu knowledge, a polished yet approachable demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality to every table you serve.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to all guests

Guide guests through the food and beverage menus with confidence and enthusiasm

Take orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and shared service areas

Follow all steps of service and uphold Bardea Steak’s standards of hospitality

Stay informed about daily specials, menu changes, and beverage pairings

Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred
-
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, or the desire to learn quickly

Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mentality

Poise and professionalism under pressure

A team-oriented attitude and a strong sense of urgency

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
