Job Summary:
As a Bartender at Bardea Steak, you'll be a key part of the guest experience, delivering exceptional drinks and creating a vibrant, welcoming bar atmosphere. You’ll bring an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of premium cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages

Engage warmly with guests at the bar, offering knowledgeable recommendations and personalized service

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift

Stay current on the drink menu, seasonal offerings, and beverage trends
-
Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and adhere to all local laws and safety regulations
-
Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain the bar’s financial accountability

Work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience

Collaborate on developing seasonal cocktails and contribute creatively to the beverage program

Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications:
-
Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant or bar environment strongly preferred

Strong mixology skills and knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
-
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities

Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service hours

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to continually improve

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and have appropriate certifications (TIPS or equivalent)

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
