- Minimum 3 years of experience in Michelin restaurants.
- In depth knowledge of food, spirits, cocktails, and wines.
- Must have full availability (Nights, weekends, holidays).
- A strong work ethic is a must.
- Team player mentality – must be able to work well with others.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multitask.
- Ability to understand and speak about menu items.
- Maintain composure during busy times.
- Must have a complete understanding of fine dining service.
- Ability to suggest menu items and upsell.
- Must be able to problem solve and be open to constructive criticism.
- Punctuality is a must.
- Candidates with sommelier certification a bonus.
