The first born, Llama Inn is a modern Peruvian restaurant located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We combine traditional Peruvian flavors and techniques and reinvigorate the style within our New York environment. New York Times 2 Star Review, 4x Michelin Bib Gourmand, NYMag 4 stars. Our top of the rank bar program infuses the flavors of Peru into culinary cocktails with a deep focus on Latin American spirits.
Later followed by Llama San, Peruvian-Japanese (Nikkei) restaurant in the West Village. We excitedly introduce Nikkei cuisines to NYC and our Llama Inn fan base.

Coming in the Winter of 2025 will be Papa San- a Peruvian Izakaya. Nestled into the Spiral building in Hudson Yards, this expansive operation will be the biggest in the family. Taking inspiration from Peru and Japan, the food menus will be crafted by Erik Ramirez, the cocktail program led by Tres Monos from Argentina, and will have an exciting wine and sake list.
