The Occidental is seeking motivated Barbacks who are true team players, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are warm and gracious under pressure.

The desired candidate will have:  

• 1+ year of experience barback or bar prepping experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant  
• Strong organizational skills, team player mentality, and eagerness to learn  
• Able to take instruction and direction with a positive attitude  
• A strong desire to be a part of a dynamic team.  
• Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
